Amchi Melbourne Konkani Association Incorporated
Amchi Melbourne Konkani Association Incorporated is a not-for-profit organisation established on 16th July 2017. We primarily speak Konkani as our mother tongue and are united by a rich history and culture spanning many centuries.
AMKA was formed with the goal of bringing together members of our community. It seeks to:
- help new members settle into Melbourne/Australia and to assist with their wellbeing
- to nurture our language, our culture and our traditions, provide a means to remain connected with our roots to the places where we come from.
